We currently have free shipping site wide!!
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
We value your business and know you expect your products FAST. We process all orders within 1 business day and if for some reason we can’t (we’re only human after all) we will get in touch with you and prostrate ourselves at your feet while explaining why we didn’t make it THIS time.
We appreciate you understanding and not beating us with stick.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We normally use Australia Post, they are not the absolute cheapest but they are very reliable and fast.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, the software we use displays ‘flat rate’ but if we have said it’s free you can be sure we are not going to charge you when you checkout. Pinky Promise.
If shipping isn’t free then the Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you buy.
If you want tracked delivery that is an option you can choose when it is displayed at checkout.
Important Note: Australia Post is very reliable but occasionally untracked parcels can go astray. If you don’t wish to pay the extra for tracking then you have assumed the risk for any lost parcels – we take photos of all parcels before they leave as evidence of our dispatch.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When you have successfully checked out of your shopping cart you will receive an email confirming your purchase with an order number. Please use that order number in all correspondence about your purchase to help us help you as quickly as possible.
Damages
Unless you choose the tracked option we will not assume responsibility for lost parcels. If a parcel arrives that is damaged please send us photos of the parcel and wrapping and damaged products together so we can put together a picture of what happened within 1 day of the product arriving.
International Shipping Policy
We can ship internationally, just check in with us for a custom quote via the contact page before purchasing.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on everything except opened food items. We value satisfied customers a great deal and we will most likely offer a full refund if you can explain to us how our product did not meet your expectations what we can do to improve in the future.
