Refunds and Returns
Put simply yes we do. We really, really like delighted customers not just satisfied ones. But without getting into all the legalese (refer our full refund policy here) we have sold many thousands of items and it rarely happens so it’s just not a big deal for us to give you your money back if you are not completely happy with your food.
Is your business vegan?
No, we’re not perfect either, but we’re getting there! Some of our chocolate products mainly may contain some dairy and/or honey, BUT if a vegan option is available we will always carry it as well, meaning we carry the largest range of unpackaged bulk vegan chocolates in Australia, which we think is a good start.
Do you post internationally?
Yes we can, we are based in Sydney, Australia and cover the whole of Australia, no exceptions with free shipping, for international shipping we need to provide you with a custom quote.
Postage and Express Post
We generally use either a courier for larger orders or untracked economy Australia Post for very small items. Postage with tracking is always available at an extra cost as is express postage.
